We currently have vacancies in our 5 Star Resort at Ayers Rock Resort in a variety of different culinary styles including fine dining, a la carte and buffet for Commis, Demi and Chef de Partie positions.
 
Skills Required:
  • Appropriate qualifications and significant experience within the hospitality environment
  • Trade qualified in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
  • Previous experience and understanding of working in a remote location would be an advantage
  • Flexible and calm under pressure
  • Ability to rotate between different sections in the kitchen
