Personal statement
 
I have been travelling in Australia now since the 5th June this year. I plan to work and see as much of Australia as I can within my 1 year working holiday visa. I am looking for work as a chef, cook or pastry chef within the Darwin area. I believe myself to be a hard working, punctual team player. I would enjoy being part of your team.

At the South Lodge Hotel in West Sussex UK I worked in a team of 4 pastry chefs. The restaurant held 3 rosettes and was going for a fourth rosette and a Michelin star. I was responsible for day to day organisation of the section, menu planning and other members of the team. At Bovey Castle on Dartmoor National Park, Devon, England I started off as 2nd chef working my way up to 1st during my employment. The restaurant within the hotel held 1 rosette.
