Have you got an apartment in DARWIN CBD not leased in LATE OCTOBER or are you going on holidays and want to let your place out???
 
I live in CBD in studio and require a weeks accommodation for my mother when she visits. She is a neat freak so will leave your place as is or most probably with it shiner than before.
 
Must be reasonable weekly rate. That is, no more than standard rates at CBD hotel/motel.
