Hi there. Would like to rent long term or short term a nice appartment preferablly furnished or partly furnished. I would like 2 bedrooms and at least 1 bath room. The people who will be in your new home have both a full time job and work away quite a lot. We will respect your home and treat it as our own. We have no animals and nor do we intend on getting any. If out door area that would be great to. We need at least 3/ 6/ or 12 month lease. We have employment references and rental references and both have criminal clearance checks available. please email me on mailto:craigsbored22@hotmail.com     .Would really appreciate emails and private owners if possible as we both own our own homes and would rather private tenancey. Oh this accomodation is needed in Darwin for the start of November. Of course we understand normal tenancy agreement applys such as bond rent in advance etc.
