Hi guys, just thought id warn you about apartments/ houses that are advertised on gumtree for darwin.
I have experienced it personally on a few occasions (friends have also)! Landlords claiming to be overseas and they try to get you to deposit money into their account!
PLEASE dont waste your hard earned money on these people.
