Hi,
We are a young hard working couple having trouble finding a place to live up here every inspection we go to there are at least 30 others there as well It's a nightmare!
 
My partner and I are seeking a two or more bedroom unit/house any where at all in Darwin/Palmerston and surrounding areas, we dont care where it is we just want somewhere to live.
 
We both have Full time Jobs and if need be can afford to pay up to $430pw. We work alot so we are very quiet and have excellent references, the only reason we are leaving our current place is because they want to do renovations. We dont smoke and we do not have children or pets. We would love a 12 month lease as we are sick of moving, but will take what we can get.
